This OC character of  silverangel907, her name Eternelle and Eternelle is the reigning angel of lace. Because of her occupation, her outfits are dominated by white tones and lace detailing but she does have pale golds and pinks mixed in to differentiate herself from her subjects. Her main power is her ability to create anything and everything out of lace as well as design the clothes of the royal elven family. She loves strolling around in her rose garden and breathing in their sweet scent.

I want mood this picture look like dream, I choose smooth and soft tone colour for this picture, I focus use smooth brush in this picture,it make feel this picture look like heaven in my dream.
